Banh mi and Vietnamese coffee, made to order.
A short menu done properly: a crackling baguette packed to order, coffee dripped slowly through a phin, and sugarcane pressed fresh over ice.

Bánh mì
The sandwich Saigon eats on the move.
A French baguette became something lighter and crisper on the streets of Saigon, then got filled with whatever made the morning better. Ours starts with a crisp baguette, pickled carrot and daikon for bite, cool cucumber, coriander and a creamy mayo.
Pick pulled chicken or seasoned tuna, then make it yours.
The fillings
- Chicken banh mi (bánh mì gà)
- Tuna banh mi (bánh mì cá ngừ)
Your way
- Mild, medium or hot
- Extra filling or a fried egg
- Make it a combo with a drink
Cà phê sữa đá
Slow coffee, sweet and cold.
Dark roast drips through a phin, one patient drop at a time, onto a layer of condensed milk. Stir, pour over ice, and it turns into the sweet, bold iced coffee Vietnam is known for.
Prefer it without the milk? Cà phê đen đá is the same coffee, black over ice.
Two ways
- Caphe sua da, with condensed milk
- Caphe den da, black
Your way
- Regular, less sweet or no sugar
- Regular or large

Nước mía
Sugarcane, pressed fresh, served over ice.
Fresh-pressed sugarcane juice over ice tastes grassy, light and naturally sweet. It is the best answer to a hot afternoon and a spicy sandwich.
Sizes
- Regular or large
Add a twist
- A squeeze of kumquat
